Beautiful, sunny room available in a big, family home.
Who we are:
Share the house with a mother, a (respectful) adult son, 2 other tenants and 2 friendly dogs
This is a unique environment because this is a family home and everyone treats one another like family regardless of where you come from. There's a lot of sharing, as long as all things are treated with respect. You have full privacy in your own room and shared bathroom, but to come and go you must walk through the house. Please be comfortable with this and be good at getting along with other people. See a list below of the things you have in your room, and the things you'll share in the rest of the house.
Room is 10.5’ X 11.25’
You may move in June 30, 2022

You must:
Have first month's rent($700) (or $25 per day if move in other than first of a month)
Provide $100 for Utilities
Provide a deposit($250) upon move in.
Have a full time job.
Be willing to sign a lease (6 months or a year)
Application & Background check required - we ask that you pay a one time fee of $50 for background check. This is due to a previous bad experience.
Be willing to tell us your age and at least little about yourself.
Have at least 1 reference from a former landlord.

Room amenities:
Spacious shared bathroom (with only 1 other tenant) with shower, tub, window, lots of storage and vanity sink
Fan in room / overhead light
Abundance of outlets / At least 1 on each wall
Furniture is negotiable / can leave or take out (not pictured)
(Twin bed, chestier drawers)
Private closet
2 Windows in bedroom
Optional monthly cleaning & laundry services available

House is large 5 bedroom/3 full bath home is on 1 acre wooded lot

Shared use of 2 big refrigerators, and 1 huge stand-alone freezer

7 - 10 minutes to I-75, about 5minutes to Highway 92, off of Sandy Plains Road or Holly Springs Road, 15 from Town Center Mall , Truist Park and Kenn. State.
Plenty of restaurants, gas stations, big groceries, a library, coffee shops, doctors, drug stores, hardware stores, fitness centers, etc. within blocks!
