I have a spare bedroom and a bathroom (it's being updated.) You may use that one when it's done. It should be finished by the end of February. I have a small dog. I want someone "cool" in here. I don't want any drama. I'm pretty relaxed and laid back, but my house is my castle. I'd expect you to keep your area clean. No drinking alcohol. No late rent. The rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. I have the bills to pay. The utilities are due the third week of the month . We will split them. There's a gas bill, and an electric bill and water and trash. You are merely a "Guest" in my home if you want to stay here. I'm real easy going... I'm a hairdresser! Come relax by the river...I have a table outside for smoking and guests to hang out.
