- WiFi is with Verizon and the router is in your room for maximum speed. Data is unlimited
- Room will be professionally cleaned before move in date
- Current roommate will need to “sign-off” to ensure smooth transition and cohesion
- Access to 3 mile trail outside of front door that runs parallel to the Chattahoochee River
- Apartment Complex is undergoing renovations on amenities but they include: Private movie theater (seats 70); Great Room with billiards table, darts, full kitchen, lounge area for meetings/studying/reading, and multiple tvs; new workspace area, and state of the art gym
- Open parking space
- Complex quiet hours from 11p-7a
- Guest(s) allowed but please communicate with current roommate
- Rent will be paid to me and I will cover everything and any overages to allow for a smooth and simple process
