Two-bed, one-bath, shared living and kitchen available August 1. Large bedroom with large closet, lots of light, many outlets.

Other pets considered, my 6 yo medium dog and 6 yo indoor/outdoor cat get along with other animals.

I like a clean space, not many visitors, and quiet time 10pm to 10am.

Wi-fi is good, and there are many MARTA buslines nearby. Groceries, pharmacy, and bodegas within 15 minute walk.

I grew up in Atlanta, turning 42 this summer, I go to therapy and take walks with my dog. Common spaces need to be alcohol-free, I am nearly 2 years sober.
