I am looking for someone to live at my house for very low rent ($100 per month, negotiable) in exchange for watching my golden retriever when I am out of town for the summer months. The house is fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is close to Murphy Candler Park and Lake with walking trails, tennis, athletic fields, swimming pool. It is also close to the Perimeter Business District and many major employers and shopping centers. I work in business operations as a contracts manager and write and negotiate contracts for various professional services and supplies. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and compatible.
