Subleasing Room from May-August

I am planning to sublease my room for the summer starting May 1 and ending August 31. This is actually the end of my current lease period, so if you are interested in getting a place long-term, you have the potential to sign a full year-long lease that starts September 1. My room is 11.5x11.5, two windows for amazing natural light, closet is 3x3, and in the back of the one-story house. The property is a 3br2ba house located in a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to downtown Brookhaven, 10 min drive to Lenox Square, 5 min drive to I-85. My room does not have a private bathroom, so you would share the hall bathroom with one other roommate. Current roommates are 27M and 25F + 2 cats.
