Looking for a PROFESSIONAL who is gainfully employed. My Town home is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. Room is furnished ( pictures in the ad)-Rent $1100 with utilities included (water&Sewage, WiFi, security alarm, light/power, garbage disposal, washer&dryer). I’m usually traveling most of the time and barely home.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, courteous, keeps a low profile, and will maintain a clean house. This is a gated developed community located in Decatur, GA, 30035. We are close to everything and near a Marta bus line.

Rent is due at the first of every month but will be prorated if you move in at the middle of the month. Application and rental lease agreement will be provided prior to moving in. Security deposit is first month rent, which will be paid back if there are no damages to property. Proof of employment and Background and credit check is required.
