Very peaceful fully furnished room in my Decatur home with a roomy closet. Bathroom is private 90% of the time ( sometimes landlord may have a guest for a short time). Tenant has washer/ dryer and kitchen privileges, also access to room next door to read or use printer if needed. On street or driveway parking is available and a bus stop is a 2 min walk from the house. The property is about 12 min from downtown Atlanta and about 13 min from the airport. It is highly recommended that you have yr own transportation. The house a two minute drive to 3 major grocery stores, several banks, and a host of other stores/shops to acquire basic essentials!
