This is a spacious house with 5 beds and 3 baths. The bedroom for rent is cozy, with large windows that face the east, so it gets morning light. The room has a closet plus a garment rack for other storage. The room can be furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and Television or unfurnished depending on what you need. We have a dishwasher, central heat and AC, a backyard deck with space for grilling, and a wide front porch. All utilities and Wi-FI are included. There is off-the-street parking.
The house is within walking distance from a MARTA bus stop and within a mile of groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants in Kirkwood, Edgewood, and Lake Claire.
There are two housemates currently: I am a midwife, and my housemate has her own video production company. We are clean and tidy, value everyone feeling comfortable in the house, and believe most things can be worked out with a conversation.
