Hello friends! I’m looking for 1 Roommate in a 4bed 3bath in Decatur. I want to have a houseful of creatives, so I’d prefer to live with other filmmakers if possible, although not a dealbreaker. Looking for something long term (1 year lease).
About the house: Located in Decatur close to East Atlanta village (EAV), Grant Park etc . **Utilities included in rent** (water, electric, wifi, gas, lawn care and pest control)
Room : $800. Unfurnished. Upstairs. Shared bath with 1 female. Amenities: 2 living rooms , 2 fridges, huge backyard , front porch, hammock , open kitchen, driveway parking, projector, in unit washer and dryer. Everyday appliances : coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, air fryer etc. Open garden space to plant 🌱 . Common areas furnished. 4 minute drive to Kroger and numerous restaurants (including Starbucks and chick fil a)
About me: I’m in my 20s and I travel a ton for work so although social you’ll have the house to yourselves quite often. I’m Hispanic (ya tu sabes) and currently trying to learn French. My friends would describe me as goofy, kind, creative and loyal. Love watching movies, filmmaking, cooking, reading and working out. Love nature and I’m pretty chill. I don’t smoke anything, lgbt+ friendly and work as an engineer when I’m not making short films. I work from home. I’m an aspiring plant mom so if you love plants we’re already vibing. If everyone is up to it I like hosting movie/game nights, dinners and fun home activities.
Rommie 2: Brazilian (fala portugues?) kind, great taste in Tv shows and movies, social, energetic ,coffee lover and makes great Brigadeiro.
About you: A woman: you’re clean, responsible, you do not smoke and have no pets. You are social but also respect personal space. You pick up after yourself. You’re creative and you enjoy living in community. We can video call to see if we’d be a good match and you can come tour the house. Must pass a background + credit check. Security deposit $400. Available Starting July 1st.
