Room is in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. There is also a full basement. House has been completely remodeled. We currently have 2 dags and 2 cats. There is a big, fenced in yard with a barn in the back. We are musicians and practice once a week in the barn. We throw shows in the barn every now and then, but no one is allowed in the house and we cut off at noise ordinance.
