Private bed/bath available in Decatur

I live in north Decatur and have a room/bathroom available for immediate move in - just have to put things in storage. Common areas are furnished, bedroom is unfurnished. I already have two dogs, so more pets likely would not work. Smoking okay as long as it’s outside on the balcony. I need someone clean, respectful, and reliable who doesn’t mind hanging out to watch Netflix when I’m not working.
