New roomate for april

Hi. I'm looking for a new roommate that is fully employed, responsible and clean to sign a new contract with me. You can have rhe bigger room with your room bathroom for 800 (everything included). I have a cane corso service dog so you gotta like dogs to live here and dont be annoyed by her walking after you or anything. I need someone peaceful, truthful, hard worker like me that can have the payment ready every first of month.
If you have a animal and it gets alone with my dog, its fine with me, but remember that is your responsibility to pay for your pet fee.
Its a great location, close to walmart and a plaza, gas stations and 7 min away from Stone mountain park. I prefer someone that doesn't smoke, dont drink at all or only socially. I don't like to have parties at the house but we as long as we schedule and we both plan, I am okay with it because my dog is priority and she cant be around strangers. Don't bring no weirdos to the house or people that are disrespectful towards me, my dog or the house. I dont like people that are noisy all the time, but I am ok with some music now and then. I am a martial art instructor so I do some training at home and have a equipment at living room. Would prefer someone, mystical, calm, spiritual, work out buddy so we can get along well.
You will need proof of Income to be able to sign the contract. We can talk more later
If rent goes up, expect paying more like 900 or something instead because I have been living here for 2 years and it did go up a lot last year, so there is a probability we have to pay more than 800 each.
