Furnished room available for short/ long term stay

Fully furnished master bedroom with private bathroom available for short/ long term lease. Room is spacious and very homely with a double closet, tv/ internet and an in house washer and dryer as well.

My sister and I occupy the other two rooms in the house and we are seeking a roommate who is easy to get along with, clean/hygiene conscious, drama free, employed and a responsible adult.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with mostly retirees as neighbors. Spacious backyard with outside patio/ grill and a complementary swing in the front yard if you feel like gliding through the air with your feet up.

My sister and I are of Caribbean descent (jamaican) so we like to cook, listen to music, are down to earth, easy going and we stay to ourselves for the most part.
