This is a private room in a shared condo. There are two tenants residing at location. The room comes fully finished with a king sized bed, 65 inch flat screen tv, a mini refrigerator with freezer, and microwave. The room have a private full bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a washer dryer and full kitchen for use. Parking is available on site.

No pets, drugs or smoking allowed.

All utilities are included. The rent is $800 single for a single occupant and $1000 for two occupants.

There is a $400or $500 non-refundable move in fee.
