We are a family in Tucker renting a bedroom in our home. Two adults, a grown child & 1 elementary-aged child plus a dog live in the home.
Tenant will have access to all common areas including kitchen and laundry as well as 2.5 different bathrooms, back patio/ super big back yard & driveway for parking.
Location provides easy access to convenient shopping, I-285, Northlake and local parks etc. in a great, safe neighborhood. Kroger 1.2 miles away, and local grocery store .2 miles away. Thai restaurant, Mexican restaurant, & Pub within walking distance. There's a beautiful large duck pond at the end of the street. Street is a quiet dead end with almost no traffic.
An ideal tenant would be comfortable being around our family when using the common areas and respectful of our desire for safety and quiet enjoyment of the premises during evening & early morning hours as we will also.
No drugs/ partying/ illegal activity of any kind will be permitted under any circumstances. This living situation is best suited for 1 person (no couples). Guests of tenant are welcome with appropriate notice and frequency, which will be outlined in the lease agreement.
Monthly Rent: $700 (Includes all monthly utilities & Wi-Fi)
Term: We are looking for a 6-12 month lease term but are open to reasonable alternatives, but nothing shorter than 3 months will be considered.
Rental Application Requirements:
Background check & employment verification are required; we are a progressive, peaceful couple and safety & stability are our top priorities.
1 month’s rent as a security deposit plus first month's rent are due upon signing the lease agreement.
