I am looking for someone to move in by April 1st who is tidy, responsible, friendly, and kind. I am the same.
The house is in Edinburgh Estates neighborhood in Tucker, just ten minutes away from Decatur, very close to major highways and convenient stores. (Target, Sprouts, Kroger, Publix, Aldi, Michael's, etc). All utilities and internet are included in the rent. I have a house cleaner and a yard maintenance person come over every other week.
Your room is on the second floor, and you will get the hall bathroom and access to the whole house/yard. Your bedroom has a ceiling fan and its own special air conditioning unit. I do have a sweet cat named Scully, and a super sweet and friendly 2-year-old pitbull mix named Roxy, so I am asking for no other pets.
You must meet my dog and see the house in person before I will decide. There is a nice fenced in yard with a patio and storage shed. A two-car garage.
