Backyard Trails

Basement apartment is located in one of the corners of Anneewakee Trails Subdivision. There is a walkway leading to the back of the house for your private entrance and entire patio use.

Majority of the space (Living Room, Bathroom and Kitchen) have LVP flooring and the two back rooms are carpeted. The two back rooms can be your bedroom and bonus room or two bedrooms. One room is 9ft5in wide and 17ft2in long. This room is a snug fit for a full size bed. The other room (without a window) is 17ft6 wide and 17ft8in long. You will be able to put in queen size bed with night stands as displayed in the pictures.

The eat-in-kitchen has stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove and a double sink. There is a bar which separates the kitchen and the living area.

Renter will be allowed one parking space in the driveway. Renters will have to get a box to receive mail (and packages).

Expect to pay one month rent plus security deposit (one month rent) on the day of signing the lease.
