Double Room in 3 bed house in Preston Ridge

I'm a male with a home in Windward much too large for just myself.

The space for rent is an entire 4 room ground floor basement, quite large, with more than enough area for a considerate, stable, responsible, pleasant tenant/roommate. Photos will be updated once vacant.

This is basically an apartment, utilities included with all the amenities of a house! Your area and privacy is respected, as I would appreciate the same respect.

You have garage parking, private entrance, great room, bedroom, second bedroom or office, private bath, patio. Laundry is on same level. Kitchen is convenient and immediately up stairs, and you may also have your own fridge, microwave or light cooking in your downstairs area. Your garage space can be used for organized storage, and there is additional storage space available.

Currently partly furnished, with couch, coffee and end tables, TV, and other. Will consider purchasing additional furnishings if needed, in exchange for appropriate agreement and/or rent increase.

I will consider small housebroken pets with a social demeanor. I have small dogs and cats upstairs.

I am certainly not a neat freak, but I would expect your area to be respectfully maintained and behavior considerate of the home and neighborhood!

Roommate agreement, stable income, maybe credit report, and reference from previous living arrangement possibly required. Let's also keep this horrible political environment on the sidelines :)
