Washer/Dryer on second floor in the hallway next to main suite. Kitchen, living room, dining area fully furnished. Spacious pantry in kitchen. All utilities included in rent. Wi-Fi included. Marta bus stop right outside community gate.
Two young professional straight males live here. Quiet, friendly atmosphere. Both are very respectful of others and share common-space household chores and prefer to keep the place neat. These gentlemen will have a voice in the decision of who will rent the available room. Only one roommate has a car so there is garage space available.

Any gender or orientation between the ages of 22 and 45. Background and credit check required. Security deposit equal to 1 month's rent due at time of signing lease agreement.
