I have a private bedroom (12 x 13 ft) at my 3-1 house. Soon to be 2 bathrooms. The house is in a secluded neighborhood, with only a 15-20 min walk to EAV.

I am the owner and I live at the house. Currently, there is a dog and 2 cats that live here. I am potentially open for someone to bring another cat or a small dog.
