Hey y'all!

Due to changes of my work, I have to relocate, and I am looking for someone to take over my lease at this newly renovated apartment. (It’s pet friendly and the cat in the pic will be coming with me so all good if you’re allergic to cats lol)

Looking for move in on May 1st but can also move in asap!
In West Midtown Atlanta, right by I-75 252A exit. (1750 Commerce Dr NW)

1,234 sq ft, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, (layout posted below), comes with built in washer and dryer and gated parking
Walking distance from Kroger, T. L. Maxx, PetSmart, Starbucks, HomeGoods, Kpot and tons of other restaurants (the location is perfect, the convenience is my favorite part about living here hands down)

Rent is $1,900- so you'd be paying $950, not including utilities! (Wi-Fi is $25 a month and the utilities are usually around $100 or less per person) This is about the cheapest and the best you can find in this area.
My roommate and I have been keeping the apartment clean and tidy, I’m hoping it will continue this way with my replacement.

The lease is till August 4th but it’s up for renewal!
* The room will be unfurnished, but feel free to ask if you want to buy any of my furnitures.
*The proof of income is needed for the lease transfer, you should be making at least 3 time more than the base rent a month ($2,850)
