Private Room $900-1200 Depending On Which Room!

I’m planning to move to New York in late April and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease (1 bedroom in a 3 bed/2 bath)

🗓️ Starting May 1- lease ends July 31.

💵 $900 + utilities (power/wifi usually around $70 per person) ‼️or 1,200 for the master bedroom with its own huge bathroom & huge closet‼️ message me for photos of the master bedroom

🛏️ You would get 1 furnished or unfurnished private bedroom- open to selling my furniture- bed, desk/dresser combo, side table/storage drawers

🛁 1 shared bathroom (2 sinks, lots of storage space) ‼️OR you’re own bathroom if you choose the master bedroom for 1,200!‼️

🛋️ Shared, furnished living spaces- kitchen & living room

👯‍♀️ 2 roommates already (both female- they’d prefer another female)

🏋️‍♀️ Ammenities: pool, gym, yoga room, tenent parking garage, smart locks, gated entry, elevators, package smart lockers
