2 bedroom 2 bathroom house sitting/roommate

Hello this is a newly renovated condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a living room and parking garage spaces. I am looking for someone to house sit basically and I’m not going to be there often so it’s really not even a roommate situation. The main requirements are one will have to get a credit check and sign lease contract with my mother. If that sounds great to you this is the place in Buckhead. Of course my name will be on the lease though so I will want someone to keep the place in decent condition and abide by the condo rules like no smoking inside but there’s plenty of outside places to smoke and no lighting candles. But as long as it’s kept decent I won’t be there to hover. It’s basically a place to yourself so the rent is higher about 1500 a month and I’ll cover the rest. It is lived in so I don’t have pictures of it empty yet sorry about that. Below are pictures of the living room, counter/kitchen, bathroom and closet space of the main room.
