Room upstairs as part of a triplex. Three floors, each can be locked away from the other, but is currently open floor. Shared living room on the middle floor, with a gym upstairs. Each floor has its own kitchen, with a washer and dryer on the top floor and basement. There are two bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms on the middle floor, and one downstairs. 4 roommates are all friends, 3 from UGA and one from Clemson. All are a mix of work from home and in person. Easy going people. Lease runs out in October, and room can be filled as early as needed in June, or at the start of July. Current tenants plan on re upping the lease at its end in October, so could end up being a 3 month stay, or a year and 3 months depending on what you need. Location is in the heart of buckhead, walkable to chastain, and a mile away from buckhead offices. 15 minute drive to downtown Atlanta. Tons of restaurants, bars, and other entertainment within 5 minutes.
