Hi! Property is 15 minutes west of the airport in a quiet neighborhood. I am going to be traveling for work starting in October so the house will be all yours half of the time. Along with the room and bathroom, you can also use the office space (not being used). I have 1 dog; discount on rent if you agree to watch her when I’m out of town! Room is furnished with a king sized bed. Walk in closet. TV (older model). Washer and dryer. Also, I have children that will be with me when I’m in town. We are usually out of the house most of the time with school and sports.
