There is a full kitchen with all the kitchenware you need. New appliances with a gas stove. Leather couches in living room with a 65" TV. 6 person dining room table. Tasteful art. There is a beautiful full patio with cushioned patio furniture off the dining room where you can smoke. NO pets or smoking inside. Each suite has a 55" smart TV with streaming channels (netflix, amazon video, paramount, hulu, ESPN. Laundry is on the main floor and is accessed through a locked door to a common space inside that is shared with 2 suites downstairs.. Smart lock on front door and outside security cameras.
