Furnished Room for a Professional Female

Homeowner who has a furnished room available for a clean, respectful, and decent female. Interns and students are welcome.

The bathroom and kitchen will be shared. (All cooking supplies are available for your use). The location is close to public transportation, shopping, and highways. Additionally, my home is close to two libraries, and 15 minutes from the airport. Travel time is @ 25 minutes to downtown.

Application, background check, and refundable security deposit. Rental agreement will be provided. Guest must be able to effectively communicate verbally and get along with persons from all ethnicities and must be emotionally stable. Applicant must have verifiable income.

This is a quiet environment; the community is patrolled by APD, and EPD. Community is safe and has local security patrols. No Pets, No Couples, No Retirees, No Smoking, No Children, No Overnight Guests, and No Remote Workers. This home is not ideal for individuals with mobility issues as there are several steps.

WIFI is available. Guest must be vaccinated and have a clean background.

This is a quiet, drama free, Christian home. We are all about work and study.
