Looking for a female to take over my side of a private 2 bedroom 2 bath layout. The lease is from now until July 31st when the lease is over! I love living here but have to relocate for my new job. I have 1 other female roommate who is incredibly sweet, clean, and respectful! The apartment is 10 mins from GSU and walking distance to GT. The apartment is newly built, comes fully furnished, and is in the prime location of West Midtown with a variety of restaurants and bars. There is also a bus station by the apartment that has Marta access. Rent is $1230 with everything included in that price (electricity, water, internet). Looking to move ASAP!
