Beautiful, Newly Constructed Townhome

Hi! I'm a working professional who commutes to Midtown Tuesdays through Thursdays. I'm generally really friendly and introverted. I want to make friends with my roommate, but we don't have to be with each other 24/7. I like to exercise, clean, read, meditate, cook, and stay generally healthy. I am a pretty chill overall (as long as the dishes are done! Oh and as a Korean, no shoes in the house is my strictest policy.) This is a newly constructed house on the Westside of Atlanta, and once the neighborhood is finished, it'll look great: we'll have a pool, it'll be a gated community, and there will be more amenities. Every utility is covered by the HOA except for internet, pest control, security, and electricity. Message me if you're interested - I'm looking to fill the upstairs room by March 1st!
