Sunny spare bedroom for mature non-smoker

Greetings!
My large Hunter Hills home is right on the bus line! I am currently seeking a renter for my spare room. You will share the side entry with 1 other renter. After entering the home, you will have access to the downstairs apartment that has a a shared living-room, kitchen, den with piano and bathroom. The downstairs does not have steps - which is always a nice feature! The large eat in kitchen has basic large and small appliances: stove, microwave, 2 refrigerators and a few miscellaneous small appliances. Your private bedroom has its own closet and you will share the bathroom. There are plenty of windows for sunlight and fresh air. The central heating and air is maintained on a regular basis - including changing the filters. The bedrooms are quiet, peaceful and well-kept.

I stay upstairs and am very accessible, I respond as quickly as possible to remedy any concerns you may have. The current downstairs renter has shared my home for several years. Although you may not stay here as long a time as he has, he can attest to the quality of the home; the privacy; and the peacefulness.
