Hi there. My name is Mario and I have a spare room that I am looking to rent out. It’s spacious, own bathroom, walk in closet, ALL UTILITIES included. The rest of the condo is furnished so basically all you need is your bedroom stuff. The layout of the condo is roommate style so the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo.
