Looking for roommate (Roswell, GA)

It’s just me and my dog living in a 2 bedroom townhouse & we’re looking for a roommate who’s clean, chill, & can pay rent on time. I’m super chill and mostly keep to myself as I’m usually working or doing something active.

Utilities and WiFi are included & It’s a 1 1/2 bathroom so it has a shared shower. The property provides a pool and gym if ever needed. There’s also a pond in the backyard you can fish at and is a short walk to the Chattahoochee river. I stay right off exit 7A on Holcomb bridge so wherever you need to go you’re right next to the highway and everything you need is super close.
