Aspen Heights starting mid August

Aspen Heights Apartments - downtown - caters to Georgia State Students but not a requirement. Parking is $20-$30/month extra or $50/month for reserved. Utilities not included except for trash internet, and cable. Apartment is all girls but they can place a male in a different apartment and a girl could be placed in a differentunit if that would be a better fit. I found someone else that I really want to move in with in August but have already renewed my lease. The lease is completely re-assigned to you. The lease amount may vary little depending on if uou go in my exact spot. It could be less than $900. There is a $250 move in fee that everyone moving in has to pay. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Building is less than 5 years old. Mailboxes and Amazon dropoff on site. You can renew the lease but it will not be discounted and it will be at fall 21 prices. Move out date is 7/31/22 unless you renew for another year.
