Hello all. I’m leaving for 12 weeks due to military obligations. I’m looking to have someone stay in my apartment while I’m away. The apartment is available for Rent at 1400/month. It is a fully furnished apartment featuring a master queen-size bed, dresser, cleaning supplies, washer & dryer, two couches in the living room, and a dining room table. No Pets allowed. Complex has 2 pools, soccer court, dog park, gym, & car wash. Can’t forget the Beautiful lake in the front
The only fee required is a $700 security deposit, refundable upon move-out. $150 admin fee required. The apartment is preferred for a single person who is currently employed. You will be interviewed upon expressing interest.
