My husband and I are active duty military and live in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Perry, Georgia. We have 2 dogs and no children. Our house has a fenced in yard and a home gym in the garage. We would prefer another military member or healthcare worker, but are open to mostly anyone as long as tenant has a secure job and income. Tenant must not have any legal issues/criminal offenses and is subject to background check. No drug use. We don’t mind if you have guests over but strictly no parties. My husband and I work Monday-Friday and have weekends/holidays off. We are pretty laid back overall.
