Unfurnished bedroom in 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment

I live in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment right off I-20 and close to Oxford College (I am an alumnus). We’d share a bathroom, but the apartment is clean, safe, and the neighbors are all older people and are very quiet. There is laundry at the complex, but I am in process of buying a washer/dryer. The spare bedroom is unfurnished; the kitchen is stocked. I have a cat.
