Furnished Room Available

Hi my name is April,

I live in Conyers, Georgia not far from I-20. It is about 35-40 minutes South East of Atlanta (with no traffic). I have a furnished ensuite available in a very nice house in a quiet, well established neighborhood. I am the only one living here. You would be occupying a large furnished master bedroom suite with Queen sized bed, full private bath, dressing room, walk in closet and standard closet (two closets). Amenities include access to common areas; garden, gazebo, fenced in yard, patio, fire pit, craft/sewing room, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, hot water heat pump (never run out of hot water), double garage, Directv (Disney+, Hulu, Paramount+, and MAX), WIFI, gas fireplace in den, living room, and dinning room. Storage space and possible office space available.

I work from 9-6 as a personal shopper. I am a very grounded no drama kind of person. I’m single and I intend to stay that way. I do not date. I was married for 26 years and I’ll never do that again! I love animals and I live here with my two small dogs. I love to cook, sew and read. My birthday is in October so Halloween is a big deal around here.

My dogs are a toy poodle and a papillon mix. My dogs are the loves of my life! If you have a dog it would have to get along with my dogs. I prefer small dogs. No cats please. I love cats but one of my dogs does not.
