Top level features a fully stocked kitchen, half bathroom, living room and dinning area with a lanai that over looks Koko Head, the valley and a partial ocean view. Walk downstairs to the next level that has 2 bedrooms with and a full bathroom with a custom built walk-in shower. Next walk down a few more stairs to the primary bedroom that has another lanai. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet and a desk if you plan to work from home. French doors lead to a small lanai off the primary bedroom. Located in the valley, we enjoy trade winds and cool breezes throughout most of the year. On the days that we don't have trade winds, there are 3 brand new split A/Cs to keep you cool after a day frolicking in the ocean. There are 2 4x4 raised garden beds so you can plant your favorite herbs and vegetables along with a worm composting bin to compost all of your produce waste
