Room available in 3Bed 2Bath complex in Kailua off Oneawa St. Current roomies are 22-23 years old, finishing college/working full time. There are two very sweet and sociable kittens living here, so please inform of any pets in initial inquiries. No A/C but ceiling fan in room, washer and dryer in unit (outside), front lanai and spacious back lanai, would be sharing bathroom with one other person.
