Looking for someone to take over a lease for me, staying with my roommate. Averages about $650 a month after accounting for bills. Liliha area. Very small space so cleanliness is a must, need someone that works full time with a secure job during the pandemic. Someone who is quiet during evening hours and doesn't break social gathering orders in place. No smoking, drugs or excessive alcohol and no pets are allowed here.
Room comes furnished (bed TV and bedding)
