Renting 1 private room in the downstairs of a split-level 3 bedroom house on a spacious gated property. Furnished living room, kitchen, bathroom and patio to share with 2 unrelated male roommates. Upstairs occupied by owner married couple and 3 dogs. Looking for respectful, responsible individual who does not create drama. Uncovered parking, laundry and an optional church service on premises Sunday mornings. We like to BBQ and play games/cards. Close to beach, school, park, stores and bus line.
