I am renting out the entire second floor (400 sq ft) of my home in Des Moines, Iowa. It is located in the older neighborhood of Beaverdale known for it's unique brick homes and quiet small town feel. It is within walking distance of a library, community center, community garden, farmers market, grocery store and other shopping. Washer and dryer are available in the basement. The room is fully furnished . I have equipped the room with a mini refrigerator freezer and small cooking appliances. The room has a half bath and a shower available in owner's bathroom. Rent of $750 includes all utilities, high speed internet and cable TV with $400 deposit. Looking for quiet, professional or retired female 50 or older. I need someone who is a nonsmoker and fragrance free as I have environmental allergies. I do not currently have any pets but would like to get a dog.
