Quiet Room North of the Fairgrounds

I currently have one room to rent in my house. The pictures are the north-east room on the first floor. There are two rooms on the first floor, separated by what will be a shared bathroom. Renters will have full access to a kitchen, eating area and living room with a washer/dryer in the basement. You will be required to leave all common areas clean for other members living in the home.

I am a veteran of the Iowa Guard in my mid twenties, I have another veteran and police officer renting in the downstairs area, and there is another tenant in the bedroom on the first floor. If you have friends/family over, you will be responsible for anything they do. All three of the other folks living there have full time jobs, so if you come back at 2am, being quiet is expected.

I do not care on month by month basis or if you would like to sign a lease for a year. Deposit will be equal to one months rent. I will be conducting an in-person interview with you off site, followed by a quick check on information you have provided. As long as all of your information checks out, we can do a run through of the premises, and if you are still interested you can move in the day that you see it. Rent will be required PRIOR to EVERY month you stay in the room.
