Private Basement

I live in a house with a furnished basement. Since my old roomate moved out of state I have no one to split costs with. There is a full gym in the garage and parking space which is off street. A large backyard with a patio and grill is just outside. You will get a full bath with a bedroom and living space all to yourselves. The only shared space is the laundry and kitchen.
