Rooms for rent!

I’m a 22-year-old middle school music teacher. I am very outgoing and some of my hobbies are roller skating, line/ballroom dancing, reading thrillers and romances, and cooking (lately!). I’m very laid-back and just looking for a pleasant person to live with :) I have a cat, and other pets are welcome if they get along!
I have 2 rooms open, and the people in those rooms will share a bathroom.

The house is 2 stories and a basement with 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms. There’s a back deck and a good-sized backyard. It’s in a nice neighborhood in SE Des Moines. The neighbors are super friendly. Close to lots of shopping and parks, but with the privacy of a subdivision. Decor in pictures isn’t mine, but the furniture shows the scale of everything well.
