Room for rent

I currently live here with my two dogs and two cats. I’d prefer no more animals. I am looking to rent my spare room with use of shared spaces (kitchen, main bathroom, living room, laundry). All utilities included as well as high speed internet. The space currently has a spare bed which you could use, or I can remove it if you’d like to bring your own.
