Room for Rent (3 Minutes from Drake!)

My Fiancé and I (Female and Male) are on the hunt for a new roommate! Washer Dryer in unit, garage parking, Google Fiber (and personal WiFi router). Bedroom is in the basement (separate floor) with connection to a side door, and stairs directly to kitchen. (although if upstairs bedroom is preferred we would consider moving). Pets considered! We have two very nice dogs! We are both college students (20 yrs old) and would prefer someone near that range! We have a fully set up entertainment room, mini fridge, flatscreen Television, and a PlayStation four we love to share! We are very social and love game nights etc, but if you’d rather not talk to us we can do that too!
If couples (or friends) are looking to move in rent will be 330 each as we split rent based on person not room!
