Iso female (20-24) roommate own bathroom and bed

hi! we are looking for a female roommate (in their 20s) to fill one of our rooms. the house is a 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom (you would get your own bedroom and bathroom) we are located right outside of downtown des moines in the drake neighborhood. Rent is $655 before utilities starting June 1st. two of the roommate are students (pharmacy and law) and the other two will be working full time. we love to explore the city and try new things! we have lived in the house for a year now and have had a great experience! message me if interested!
