Single Room in 3 bed apartment in West Des Moines

I have a 3 bedroom/3 bath 1500sqft apartment. I rent out the other 2 rooms. Rent is $800 plus a non refundable cleaning deposit of $100. Utilities and cable included except for cable box. Apartment is non smoking because of allergies. I work n the road and am away a lot. I' m looking for responsible, clean and respectful adults. Age doesn' t matter.
